This Privacy Policy explains how DELTA RECORDS SAS (“Delta Records,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, protects, and processes the personal information you provide through the website www.deltarecords.net (the “Site”), in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 of the Republic of Colombia.
By filling out our forms, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of the message you send us
Optionally and separately, if you check the subscription box, we record your interest in receiving our newsletter.
Additionally, our infrastructure and hosting providers, as well as analytics services, may automatically collect technical information —IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate region, pages visited, and timestamps— in order to operate and secure the Site, under their own policies.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your data for two distinct purposes:
A) Contact and business management (contact form)
The data from the contact form is used exclusively to:
- respond to your requests, questions about our services, and quotes;
- contact you for the development, follow-up, and execution of work or projects;
- manage the business relationship arising from your request.
We do not use this data for advertising or marketing. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to commercial communications.
B) Newsletter (optional subscription)
Only if you expressly check the subscription box, we will use your name and email to send you marketing communications, such as:
- news and updates from Delta Records;
- promotions and discounts;
- articles, blogs, and content of interest.
This subscription is voluntary and independent from the contact form, and you may cancel it at any time (see Section 6).
4. Authorization and Consent
By completing and submitting the form, you grant your prior, express, and informed authorization for the processing of your data for the purposes described in Section 3.A.
Marketing communications (Section 3.B) will only be sent when you affirmatively check the subscription box, which constitutes an additional and separate authorization.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:
- trusted providers that supply operational services (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
Some of our providers may process information on servers located outside Colombia. In such cases, we apply the safeguards required by applicable regulations.
6. Your Rights (Habeas Data)
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, as a data subject you have the right to:
- access, update, and rectify your personal data;
- request proof of the authorization granted;
- be informed about the use given to your data;
- file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations;
- revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of your data, when no legal or contractual obligation prevents it;
- unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to info@deltarecords.net.
To exercise these rights, write to info@deltarecords.net stating your request. We will address inquiries and claims in accordance with the law.
7. Retention and Security
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or use.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received a minor’s data without the corresponding authorization, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when necessary. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site, with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the current version.
